My complaints were literally from a little less familiarity with how things worked. So, in my confusion I may have felt an exaggerated level of disappointment. But it takes cool, calm, respectful...very respectful and above all, professional people to address a confused and angry individual, and leave them smiling! Great impact Afrihost team. Every agent I have interacted with has been a tard too much respectful it got a little irritating and embarrassing, actually!

After a harrowing and unhelpful experience with Mweb, where we were on hold for 5 days on their telephone lines and whatsapp help chat, with no resolution of the problem since the 3/11 to date, I decided to move to Afrihost. You can change the numbers once a week.

Please note, in rare cases it may take up to 15 minutes for the number change to reflect, but in most cases changes will reflect immediately.
